授業概要 / Course Description
この授業は、講義、受講生との質疑応答および受講生によるプレゼンテーションとプレゼンテーションペーパーの作成・提出のいずれも英語で行うものである。
具体的な内容としては、欧州統合の流れと欧州連合（European Union; EU）の機構、制度や法秩序という観点からEU法を講義する。
欧州連合司法裁判所（Court of Justice of the European Union; CJEU）やEU加盟国の裁判所の重要判例も適宜取り上げて紹介する。
This course provides an introduction to European Union (EU) law, taught in English.
The lectures will focus on the formation of the EU, its institutional framework, the sources of EU law, and its relationship with the national legal systems of EU Member States.
Key rulings from the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and national courts of EU Member States will also be discussed.到達目標 / Course Objectives

Lecture 4: The institutional structure of the EU
Lecture 5: Sources of EU law
Lecture 6: The relationship between EU law and national legal systems
Lecture 7: Enforcing EU law rights before national courts
Lecture 8: Enforcing EU law rights against Member States/EU Institutions
Lecture 9: Free movement of goods
Lecture 10: Free movement of persons

Lectures 11-14: 学生によるグループプレゼンテーション（英語）およびプレゼンテーションペーパー（英語）の作成・提出
Lecture 15: まとめ授業時間外学習 / Expected work outside of class
各講義の最後に次の講義のための準備学習を指示する。
また、講義後は、授業で配付した資料や文献のコピーなどを再読し、知識の確実な取得に努めること。
