授業計画 / Course Content

1.  Planning  Theory  &  Concept  Making:  Know  the  difference  between  planning  and  analysis  and  learn  the  basics  of  concept  making  which  is  especially  important  in  regional  and  city  planning.
計画論とコンセプトメイキング：計画と分析の違いを知り、地域・都市計画の中で特に重要となるコンセプトメイキングの基本を体得する。
2.  Survey  Methods  for  Collecting  Basic  Data  of  Planning:  Systematically  know  the  statistics  required  for  planning  and  learn  survey  methods  for  collecting  data.
計画のための情報取得と社会調査法：計画の必要な統計情報を体系的に知り、どのようにそれを得るのか考える。
3.  Aging  Society  &  the  Cohort  Approach:  Learn  the  current  situation  and  future  issues  of  the  declining  birthrate  and  aging  society  and  the  cohort  approach  as  a  prediction  method.
少子高齢化問題とコーホート法：少子高齢化問題の現状や将来の課題を知り、コーホート法を体得する。
4.  The  Econometrics  for  Economic  &  Industrial  Policies:  Learn  that  the  econometrics  is  important  in  thinking  about  economic  and  industrial  policy  and  the  basics  of  the  Input-Output  analysis.
経済産業政策と計量経済学（産業連関分析を中心として）：計量経済学が経済産業政策を考える上で非常に重要であることを知り、その中の一つである産業連関分析の基礎を修得する。 
5.  Issue  of  Land  Price  &  the  Hedonic  Approach:  Know  the  characteristics  and  issues  of  land  price  and  learn  the  hedonic  approach  which  is  one  of  the  evaluation  methods.
地価問題とヘドニックアプローチ：地価の特殊性と課題を知り、その評価方法のひとつであるヘドニックアプローチを学ぶ。 
6.  Cooperation  of  Regions  &  Accessibility  Analysis:  Study  the  requirements  for  regional  cooperation  and  learn  the  analysis  method  using  the  Accessibility  Indicators.
地域連携とアクセシビリティ分析：地域連携に求められる要件を学び、その代表的な指標であるアクセシビリティを用いた分析を体得する。 
7.  City  Structure  and  Land  Use  &  Transportation  Model:  Study  how  to  perceive  changes  in  urban  structure  and  learn  the  Land  use  /  Transportation  Model  as  one  of  the  analysis  methods.
都市構造変化と土地利用・交通モデル：都市構造変化をどのように捉えるかを知り、その分析手法である土地利用・交通モデルの考え方を学ぶ。
8.  The  Covariance  Structure  Analysis  for  Understanding  Potential  Behavior:  Know  that  there  are  factors  observed  directly/indirectly  in  a  region  and  learn  the  basic  methods  of  the  Covariance  Structure  Analysis.
地域開発における潜在的な現象把握と共分散構造分析：地域を捉えるのに直接観察できるものと間接的にしか観察できないものがあることを知り、共分散構造分析の基礎的な手法を学ぶ。
9.  Disaster  Prevention  Plan  &  Risk  Analysis:  Recognize  need  for  the  Disaster  Prevention  Plan  and  learn  how  to  analyze  risks  as  the  basic  idea.
防災計画とリスク分析：防災計画の必要性を再認識し、その中で基本的な考え方となるリスクをどのように分析すべきか考える。 
10.  Area  Planning  &  Spatial  Auto-Correlation  Analysis:  Know  the  Area  Planning  and  learn  the  Spatial  Autocorrelation  Analysis  necessary  for  grasping  spatial  phenomena.
緑地整備計画と空間的自己相関分析：緑地整備計画のあり方を考え、その中の捉え方の一つとしての空間的自己相関分析の手法を学ぶ。 
11.  Environmental  Problem  &  Estimation  of  Its  Value:  Know  various  environmental  issues  and  comprehensively  know  how  to  evaluate  environmental  value.
環境問題と環境価値評価法：環境の関わる諸問題を整理し、環境価値の評価法を総合的に知る。
12.  The  AHP  for  Decision  Making:  Learn  the  logic  of  policy  decision-making  and  the  basics  of  AHP  as  a  typical  analytical  method.
政策意思決定とＡＨＰ／コンジョイント分析：政策意思決定の論理を学び、代表的な分析手法であるＡＨＰ／コンジョイント分析の基礎を修得する。
13.  The  Game  Theory  for  Individual  Behavior  Analysis:  Learn  the  behavior  of  community  development  players  and  know  what  can  be  explained  by  the  Game  Theory.
まちづくりにおける主体行動分析とゲーム理論：まちづくり主体の行動を捉え、ゲーム理論によって説明できる部分があることを知る。 
14.  The  Public  Involvement  for  consensus:  Understand  the  need  for  Public  Involvement  and  learn  the  theory  in  the  process  of  consensus  building.
パブリックインボルブメントと合意形成理論：パブリックインボルブメントの必要性を理解し、合意形成の過程にある理論を学ぶ。 
15.  Confirmation  of  achievement:  Take  a  written  test  to  deepen  your  understanding  of  the  knowledge  you  have  learned  so  far.
到達度の確認（筆記による学力確認）：筆記試験を行い、これまで修得した手法の理解を深める。

授業時間外学習 / Expected work outside of class

Prepare  based  on  books  and  papers  that  describe  individual  methods,  and  learn  how  they  can  be  used  for  individual  issues  and  review  them.
個々の手法には参考書や解説書が出ているので、それらをもとに予習し、さらに、個別の問題に対してそれらをどのように用いることができるかを考え、復習すること。

方法 / Grading Policies

<春>
定期試験を行わず、平常試験(小テスト・レポート等)で総合評価する。
Report:30%,  Test:70%,  Pass  with  a  grade  of  60%  or  higher.
レポート（３０％），筆記による学力確認（７０％），６０％以上の成績で合格とする。

Evaluate  based  on  the  degree  of  understanding  of  issue  in  regional  /  city  planning  and  the  degree  of  mastery  of  methods.
地域・都市計画上の問題点の理解度と手法の習得度で評価する。
